Pizza Chef Wanted – International Candidates Welcome
Restaurant Litus in Ho, Blåvand, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic pizza cook to join our kitchen team.
Do you have experience making pizzas and burgers, and are you ready to help with food preparation and other practical kitchen tasks? Are you able to work independently while also contributing to a strong team? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
We use local ingredients and take pride in serving high-quality food and creating great experiences for our guests. You will become part of a restaurant where teamwork, quality and flexibility are highly valued.
Our restaurant is located in a scenic area outside the city, offering a calm and nature-rich environment. Please be aware that public transport is limited, and there is limited access to city activities and nightlife.
We offer:
- A full-time position averaging 37 hours per week
- A monthly salary of DKK 25,000
- Employment until 31 December, with the possibility of permanent employment if you are the right match for the position
- Free accommodation in a private room with shared bathroom facilities
- Free meals are provided as part of the employment
- Flexible working hours, with more hours during busy periods and fewer hours during quieter periods
- A good working environment with skilled and supportive colleagues
- The possibility of additional working hours during the high season
Important information about January:
Restaurant Litus is closed throughout January, and all employees take their annual holiday during this period. It is important that you are comfortable with this arrangement.
If you are offered permanent employment after the initial employment period, your continued employment will be planned in accordance with the restaurant’s annual closure.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake pizzas
- Prepare burgers and other dishes on the menu
- Complete food preparation before service
- Assist with practical tasks in the kitchen as needed
- Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
- Keep your workstation clean, organised and ready for service
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment
We expect that you:
- Have experience making pizzas and preferably also burgers
- Have relevant kitchen experience
- Are willing to assist with different tasks in the kitchen
- Can work independently and take responsibility
- Are reliable, flexible and prepared for longer working days during the high season
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Care about food quality and good guest experiences
- English well enough to communicate clearly with your colleagues
